Free shipping in Canada and USA.
For our international friends, we keep it simple with a flat-rate shipping fee. Just check it out at the payment step.
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shipping experience, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Coorbit, we create special products just for you, and they're made when you order them. Please be sure about your choices, as we can't do returns or exchanges if you picked the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.
But if something goes wrong, like your product is damaged or there's a mistake in making it, we've got your back! Let us know within 30 days by emailing us, and we'll replace it for free or give you a refund. Make sure to attach a photo showing the problem.
Remember, we can't fix it if you ordered the wrong size or color. If your delivery didn't work out, you can choose to get a new one with an extra cost or get some money back.
For products with Direct to Garment Printing (DTG), there might be a small difference of 0.5" in print placement. That's normal and doesn't count as a problem.
