Two different edge varieties can be found on the 2010 toonie in circulation rolls as well as in the non-circulation Annual Occasional Gift Sets.

The 14-serration edge is much rarer than the 16-serration.

Beginning in 2006, the process used to produce the toonies included in occasional gift coin sets was very similar to that used for coins struck for circulation. With slower striking speeds and greater care in loading and unloading the press, these coins show fewer marks than regular business strikes.

Keep it if you come across this one. It's difficult to find and is highly sought after today in uncirculated condition. Collectors pay more than face value for it.
